By the way, while I agree with your analysis, I very much doubt AUD is going to appreciate much in the near future. All non-technical indicators (political, economical, etc) point to a suppressed AUD in the short to near term. Factor in the desire of the government to avoid a recession, and I think AUD is very unlikely to go higher than the level it currently is at (for the short to medium term).
