If Ali Baba goes down 130$ it can easily crash to 100$ than 87$ and than 60$ just hope is dont goes below 130$ because than its in free fall with no end in see
Why would it go below 125. Company has lots of assets and very low liabilities.
So under any circumstances it couldn't go lower than 120-100$, because there is no other Amazon alike out there, especially representing such a powerful economy as China.

@inducto, yes it has a potential to bounce back , but the certainty is very low , and why not invest in other safer assets than speculate with such high risks. It can bounce after 3-4 years but it still may not go above 200.. how many of us are willing to hold for that long..

its going down.. it will not hold 130 .. have my short positions, and will close below 120.. if it goes down further time to avg down on the short positions coz then it will be a free fall :) as far as the bounce is concerned, that may not happen for years , because lot of other competitors are taking away market shares from BABA.

for short term i think it ca go as low as 85 to 95 area and a rebound will be as massive has 250$. there is money to be made in this by avg out the position
