COINBASE:BCHUSD Bitcoin cash is consolidating under the 4hr 100 ema (light blue) with a bullflag-like pattern and is preparing to breakout. Note previous support as well as the 200 ema will be likely resistance points. We should see if this setup runs within the next few hours, as price is at the apex of the flag/triangle.
This one needed 1 more test before it ran but the setup worked well and we have crossed over the 1st resistance point. Watch for reaction to the 200 at 1550-62 or a back-test there if it is breached quickly. This could be a very strong move based on the volume. If it holds, 2000 will likely b e next long term target.
