following EW, A B C down trend looks like its complete but can not confirm until we breach B of the down trend. MACD bullish RSI showing we could have a slight pull back soon for a good buying position

Safe play here is to watch and look to enter around 16800 when the trend is confirmed.

Typically in EW we would expect the bottom of the last wave of the down trend to drop below the bottom of the 1st wave of the down trend; waves A & C. Here we have relatively the same bottoms for waves A & C. This being said, there is a chance we could drop below 14000. This is another reason I recommend waiting for confirmation of a trend reversal.
