So now we have an inverted head and shoulders, volumes also confirm it. So far the support is holding and this could be what is unfolding. But you will notice the right shoulder has formed and head and shoulders. Actually it has formed a head and shoulders within a head and shoulders.

As an investor I would surely buy regardless if it drops to 5300. This is a once off sale.As a trader I would wait for confirmation of an uptrend. So volumes would be the first major sign for me, followed by the MACD on the 1 day chart.
But buying volumes has to be really big because its is THAT oversold now.
