I would look for RSI breaks to see if BTC chooses to consolidate sideways. In that case we can expect the alt markets to boom. I believe BTC will continue to be bullish and hit the targets. The conservative targets are measured by the top of the candle to the bottom of the candle on the symmetrical triangle. The aggressive target is measured by the top of the wicks and bottom of the wicks.
