Yes, possible. However, I wonder why it wouldn't have just made that move when it had the initial momentum after a long flag where it broke resistance (12:00 on chart) and made it to 17200 range and is now heading south? Seems like it should have either taken off and since it didn't, is a pullback of sorts in order to build back up?
