very very unlikely. There will be no ETF this year, SEC will not risk it without any pressure from the market.
Also I think the Bulls are so strong, that even a positive ETF decision could not turn around the market. We need to wash out the week hands before we can ever see new highs. Keep in mind we are still at levels from last November, therefore we still have too many guys which are in profit.
@MOONSOON1337, I think the loss of confidence in BTC would be too big if we break bellow 5800. The crypto ecosystem makes money with new buyers.

@ickylevel, we need loss of condidence to bottom the market. there will be new buyers once we hit ATL in 2020 and we have a regulated and mature market
