SHORT TERM: I feel pretty confident that Bitcoin has topped out here. Short until the 38.2% retracement is a good idea. You should then long at the bottom because it will find support on the green line I've drawn. I'm expecting it to follow that line until the end of April before we get a pop above the 23.6% retracement. At that point it might go as high as 1240, which is where you should close your long if you haven't already after passing the retracement line.
LONG TERM: Basically Bitcoin will be back at 1000 once we near mid-May. This is where I will be aiming to close any shorts I've opened after the pop at the end of April.

Somehow the price did not break downward. I believe the price is being manipulated hard at this point.

Still keep an eye on this price. It could yet form a double top before we go down again, if not... new highs.
