Historical - Last parabolic move and correction in BTC

Now, since I am so new to this I wanted to take some time to go back and look at history of BTC movement on the grand scale. What I found was interesting. It gives me better insight into what I previously thought of as the stock market on fast forward. In fact, when looking at the last BTC move in 2013, it took just over 3 years for the correction to bring it back to its previous levels and then it arguably set up a cup and handle into the next parabolic move that we all talk about today - the all time high. I do not have the knowledge of any fundamentals that moved the market back then how much that has changed. It seems for one there are the alt coins that are ever so present that were really nonexistent back then. We also do not have the Mt Gox but we have had the worries about country bans and regulation. I know I am getting into some treacherous territory talking this stuff on a TA site but figured I would share some food for thought.... Give a like if you find this interesting or enjoyed it.

Bottom line, we have not seen a correction like this since 2013. Anyone have a reason why we should recover quicker this time?
