Can't you recognize an Inverse Head and Shoulder on the chart you posted? Don't you think your "strong as duck resistance" line could also be a Neckline of an Inverse Head and Shoulder formation? I'm sure you already know, H&S formation always has 4 reversing points to form a neckline. I expect a breakout to the upside very soon.
