No its not. ETH has extreme uncertainty coming its way. There could possibly be there Ethereums with the hardfork coming. Most people just got their money back on ETH and they are also most likely to pull their money out. BTC also uncertain what will happen to it and with so many negative factors correlating with each other. I dont think there is ANY buy opportunity coming anytime soon. Short? Yes... Dont just look at charts, look at the overall picture as well.
