Are we going to break the top blue line (currently ~206)?

This is what I'm looking at. We just broke the recent steep downtrend resistance line (lower blue line). Can we break the longer term bear resistance line?
The price previously touched this line 3 times and then plunged down. Will there be enough bulls this time? If not, there will be good opportunity to short (but only afrer we are certain we are going down, and not just retracing for another attempt). If we break thru this top blue line with huge volume and by at least 7-8 USD, we likely got ourselves (at least short-term) bull run.

if we go to 212.5 I'd safe it's safe to open a short long on this bull pennant with targets (221 or 225 , conservative and risky)

I am 80%+ sure we are going down again, not just pullback to Fibs. $137 or $110 here we come!

EEA3 just got announced SCRATCH THAT BOTTOM PREDICTION. I will open a long now. The announcement wasn't expected, thus will likely shake us upwards.

Next strong resistance is 220s (1.27 Fib of last major movement).

Resistance at 220s was knocked the f out, we will chill a bit here at 230s till RSI stabilizes and then most likely move to 249-250 (mental resistance) and then we will see. So short-term target is 249.89 for me.

Currently the short-term target is below 210 (207 being conservative, 202 being risky one) and after that I'm not sure where we will go, but most likely we will continue our bull run since we already broke thru that longterm downtrend (+ we stil have our EEA3 announcement that should pump the price for at least a few days).

Descending triangle broke down. Target between 166 and 172

Broke down the downtrend resistance line liek 1.5 hrs ago and the volume looked hella bullish. Most likely we will see a bull run.
