@deejayvuzy, I would buy when the price chart meets your rules of engagement. So what that means is that you should have an "entry technique" somewhere in your trading plan. Whether it's super aggressive or super conservative that's up to you. But IF price action creates what you need to enter THEN you pull the trigger. If not, then you'll just have to stay out.
