With regard to the cypher pattern you mentioned, the proposed B leg exceeds 0.618 but does not close beyond it. Does this still make it valid?

B-point is valid if it at least touches 0.382XA but doesn't close beyond 0.618XA. C-point is valid if it at least touches 1.272XA and doesn't close beyond 1.414XA. Candle wicks can go beyond these levels if criteria of D-point is not ruined. This criteria says: D-point(0.786XC) should exceed the B-point at least by one pip.
