A quick look at recent history, April 12, speculators attempted a USD breakout, imo against macro economics, and failed. A second attempt took place on April 13 only less strong and creating therefor an ascending triangle for EU squeezing up on Wednesday April 18 9am UTC. Until then probably a few more failed attempts imo, nevertheless tradable for the experienced trader, otherwise wait for Wednesday.
