The bearish phase that continues for a few hours, is convincing the shortists to operate. It does not look like that. I think that the price will retract before it starts to jump off its top that ranged between 1.176 in a few days, and 1.184 of late July
This is the description of an idea a few days ago. It is currently not over, but soon it will be because it seems that the price is going to reach around 1,193.
I always expect the price collapse after the long bullish phase

Not sure about so low as 1.03, but I too do agree that we have seen the top for now and are starting our way to downside.
