I'd say 129-30 is significant Support right now. It looks like forming classic H&S, so perhaps another wobble-swing around these highs. That said, on Weekly chart it's had a small correction and come back up to test previous lifetime high but that test might not yet be over after which could continue very long-term, steady uptrend. My mvwap (moving average vwap, 89) on the weekly is a steady uptrend without even beginning to turn yet. Too soon to short safely except day-trading - imo.
