Beautiful part about coins "in game" is that they can move on their own, without help from BTC. And it's especially good right now, when BTC lost all volatility until US open.
On the chart I drew two scenarios, for short and for long. Personally, I favor long scenario but we have to see confirmation from volume perspective. If we come to the top level with increased volume and draw a couple candles with low spread near the level, I will open a trade.
Be carefull with volume as coin is in the game and very volatile.
Fix profit by parts: 1% - 1/3 2% - 1/3, stoploss to breakeven What's left, hold to the maximum
