Interesting view. However, it's already showing signs of staling and it's even trying to get a bit lower. Not sure if this will become a completed cypher. There is also bearish divergence on the RSI. Price wasn't able to hold above 1.4250 either. MA's are close together and price is below the 50 MA. All in all, the only thing I personally see that this buy has going for it is the cypher.
Do you have anything else to support the completion of the cypher? Of course, we do have the move up from C, however, it's not even above B yet.
