This is a good looking pattern and what one would look for in a H&S pattern. Left shoulder higher than the right shoulder, with the neckline sloping downwards.

Yes you are right, but they are almost equal high from the neckline. First one is 60 and the second one is 70 points, so that make me think that this could be a H&S!
