Market retreats to 20 period EMA after making new highs (for long positions)/lows (for shorts) with ADX (14period) >30. Some people use the 20 period SMA. Projection is a retest of the highs. Trailing stop. Failed grails tend to move (painfully) in the opposite direction.

Caution if GERN trades above 4.62 (previous swing high) and then closes the day below it... the higher above 4.62 with a close below it -->The more caution. Although not technically a Turtle Soup Sell, it would be Turtle Soup-esque and could precede a powerful short term reversal to the down side. GERN parabolic/spikes here - likely due to short squeeze - when all the shorts are squeezed out there's a vacuum below...
