ICX formed a falling wedge again. Last time it formed a falling wegde, it break ATH (check out my last chart of ICX). After it correction, i think ICX is on it bull run again. Just take a look at ICX 1 week chart to see how crazy it is.

ICX try to break the resistance many times but failed. But it never touched support line.
It already breakout on daily chart. I also believe that ICX has stop it correction to 4733 (0.5 fib) and now on it next bull run.
