Flagging out of the the triangle, and nice support around 15. Break above 16 with strength in RSI would help get this one legs. Still holding target for about $20. Convincing break below 15 will take it below 50 MA and likely halt any advance.

Shareholder meetings carry minimal weight in regards to stock pricing. Earnings and guidance have the most impact, and they already reported - next report in November. This stock is likely to more reactive to macro news than a shareholder meeting.
