From the way things are unfolding there's strong support at $149. LTC is still handcuffed to BTC despite strong efforts to split off and I believe it may get dragged down beyond the support zone if BTC drops to $8k (quite likely IMO). If history repeats itself, BTC will want to spend an hour or two at $7,500 with a quick downward spike to $6,000 (I give it a 50% chance). In the event that happens, LTC will drop to $130, maybe a little lower. Be very careful about trying to get the best ticket price and remember it's more important to get on the train. This correction has lasted longer than usual and may continue for quite some time. The longer it lasts, the less likely we'll ever see these prices again.

We're in the zone so this is a pretty good place to start reentry for those who are more conservative and don't feel the need to squeeze out every last percentage point at the risk of the market reversing and surging while questions of whether or not it's a temporary rise or if this is the last time we'll see tokens at this pricing for a long time, if ever again. Personally, I've started my reentry a little bit as I swing for the fences when the market is more stable and predictable. I've also purchased BTC and am sending it to exchanges where I have my alt entries lined up. When perfectly good fiat is sitting on the sidelines, it doesn't hurt to put it in play at these prices. Could LTC drop to 100 or under? BTC drop to $6k or less? Of course but even if it does it won't last long and if it does than the alts I purchase will be that much cheaper and they'll recover much faster and make better returns than BTC or LTC will this year.
