Neo looks good on dthe Daily chart. The price just found strong support at the 0,0120 area. The price is trying to bounce from Tenkan-sen and a hidden Bullish Divergence just formed (the price makes higher lows and the oscillator makes lower lows -> continuation pattern)

I'm not that experinced, but the green candle you refer to, closed around 0.0136. And that is reflected in the Stoch, it was a high not a low.
In my opionion there is no hidden bullish divergence and I'm quite bearish at the moment.
