Students of Gann dont like such tasteless tacky things but there's a inverse h&s forming here - ugh - I was initially thinking of around $84 top for Neo but should that downtrend break its going to $122 - General market sentiment will decide, we'll see the signs nearer the time, the downtrend holding or breaking mainly. I'd imagine if that happens all the majors will do the same on their own charts, Eth to around 1K for example
This is getting close. If the alts come back after today’s down move and btc keeps going neo might just blow through the resistance. Would be a great call.
