Hello my friends!!! As you can see, NEO is still inside the red illustrated zone which is a bearish area. We have to wait untill NEO manages to get inside the blue zone for it to become Bullish. The resistance line beween the red and blue zone is a line which has not been broken since January, so it won’t be easy. The white lines that are crossing horizontally through the red, blue and green zone are resistances. Those resistances are hard to break and can cause NEO to drop if NEO does not break them. For now, I still got my bearish clothes on for NEO. Just like we had to wait for BTC and Ethereum to get inside the bullish area, we have to wait and hope for NEO to get there too.
