Nifty- Makes a green candle but nothing to cheer yet
Nifty opened and closed below yesterdays close. If we combine the two candles --Big red candle of yesterday and today's green candle---we end up with an even bigger red candle than yesterdays---because todays close was below yesterdays close. So nothing much to cheer about.
India vix is up 2.3% (yesterday also it was up around 3.5%). PCR remains at 0.55 indicating option writers are still wary of betting on the upside.
FIIs sold only 763cr and DIIs bought for 425cr---still we couldn't see a closing above yesterdays close.
Chart is below 20EMA and below 50EMA....going towards the 100EMA---will it take support there?
Nifty closed the Gap today (ref chart) and has a support at virgin cpr below.
Let us see how far the correction continues tomorrow.
