@gjmullen, yes over a very long timeline it seems to be forming a cup and handle but will need upward momentum now to confirm. Double tops can often turn into a bear swing, but any significant upward momentum that rises above the lid of the cup would definitely confirm this as a cup and handle. If you see it break above that resistance on the downward channel, it would be a good sign. :)
