I didnt short becasue a big rule of penny stocks is never hold during earnings even if the chart shows it will go up a lot or down a lot. I didn't short because if it had good earnings then i would have lost 20%. All i said was not to buy it and meant that until earnings it would go down a lot. If there were no earnings and this chart was the same i probally would be up 10% from shorting before hitting support.
To be completly honest i just put up this chart to show people 1. never buy fake support and 2. never hold during earnings winners
