On 12/20/16 the SPX hit the shorting target zone about 15 minutes after the open. Because the DJIA did not reach 20,000 and was very close at the close on 12/20/16 there is a good chance it could hit that level today. If so the SPX could rally back up to the 12/20 high or a little above. I still think the SPX will hold below 2277.50, if it does exceed that level the stop loss for shorting SPX is 2285.93.
