Hello Traders,
the Topix set a new high @2068.88 today while the NIK fail to do so. This divergence is lasting a few days and still in place. My favorite count for now is an EDT for the TOPIX which is still in place or with one more push to the upside is allowed. The Limit for this move is max 2081, otherwise wave 5 is longer than wave 3 which is not allowed in an EDT! So, overall the TOPIX looks very toppy, the NIK at the other hand has do another up move to at least ~20326 to complete also an EDT.
Back to TOPIX....The ROC, shown in the graph below the chart, is still moving sideways near to the zero line and warns to be cautions. Any move above 2082 negate the EDT view and I will take a neutral stand.
