fib1 - from bottom of the bullish wave (or previous wave c)
fib0 - peak of the cycle (or wave 5)
in most cases in crypto 0.786 is the peak of the previous fractal wave. Hence current fib0 = next 0.786. That is fractal scale.
Or you can calculate how many time current cycle peak is greater than previous wave peak. Coefficient can be static or be scalable to its dynamic exponential order. That number should be multiplied to current peak price to know next relevant market potencial local targets.
