Just looking at this graph if you go back to May where a similiar set up happened. Although divergent and could have been short for the near term it ended up being a flag and popped from about $34 to recent highs which look to be around $43 (sorry pulled actual chart). Just my two cents

Better chance of me being wrong but I’d almost say it’s a Pennant but I’d want to see it’s volume as well to really get a good idea. I will look but my gut tells me with the gap I’d leans more towards a Pennant but the divergence is pretty strong as well
