Since December 2016, the SGD has strengthen against USD for more than 10%. That means the purchasing power of USD has dropped as USD1 can buy lesser goods and services now compared to 2 years ago.
Conversely, that also means those who uses SGD to pay for goods and services that is paid in USD would gain as well. In Singapore, there are many people who buy things online that require to pay in USD. This would be an excellent time to travel to States as well.
We won't be selling as there is a possibility of reversal soon and the next drop is near as well, giving risk/reward ratio a low potential to sell. So, we wait for it to breakout of the channel before buying. Good luck.
