@jkbamkeerthi, absolutely, it depends on your trading plan / rules / daytrade / swingtrade / counter trend trader, trend trader/ etc
Me personally, I dont trade oil, but it is important to check for correlated market trends (As you maybe can guess by the head-liner $$$ ).
From the look of it on daily (weekly) or 4H it is bullish, just above former resistance with new structure high. That's what the Charts are showing - I think it is a important note because it capped oil in a range since 2015
