@Thierry15, I think you are misinformed on how the escrow will work. There will be preventative measures set in place such as, if all 1 billion coins are not used they will simply be put back in to escrow. For example if ripple sells half of the 1 billion, the additional half of the 1 billion will be locked back into ecrow..... hope this helps clarify
