Bosnia's Prijedor municipality offers for subscription 2.8 mln euro bond
SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), December 9 (SeeNews) - The municipality of Prijedor in Bosnia and Herzegovina said on Friday it is inviting potential investors to subscribe to its planned 5.5 million marka ($2.97 million/2.8 million euro) bond issue.
Prijedor is offering 55,000 bonds of 100 marka in par value each, which will mature in ten years, the municipality said in a filing to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
The bonds bear an annual interest rate of 5%, paid monthly.
The offering will be available for subscription for a period of 30 days starting December 20. The issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed.
Prijedor is a city and municipality located in the Serb Republic, one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other entity is the Federation.
