Tata Capital Financial to reissue multiple tenor bonds - traders

India's Tata Capital Financial Services plans to raise funds through the reissuance of 7.89% November 2025 bonds and 8.00% October 2027 bonds, three merchant bankers said on Tuesday.

The non-banking financial company aims to raise at least 1 billion rupees ($12.2 million) through the November 2025 bonds and at least 500 million rupees via the October 2027 bonds, they said.

It will offer a yield of 7.84% and 7.8403%, respectively, on these papers and has invited commitment bids from bankers and investors on Thursday.

The notes are rated AAA by CRISIL and ICRA, and the issues have greenshoe options to retain an additional 5 billion rupees and 2 billion rupees, respectively.

Earlier this month, the company raised 2 billion rupees through the reissue of 7.89% November 2025 bonds at a yield of 7.89%.
