when RSI EMA line above 50 & WMA is below both ,it is buy signal

This seems to be a very useful Indicator. Thanks for sharing. Can this be used on the daily charts to buy/sell for long term ? Can you please also explain the significance of the WMA line crossing the EMA and RSI lines from above and below ( above and below the 50 line respectively ).
