//Created by Robert Nance on 5/28/16. Additional credit to vdubus. //This was a special request from rich15stan. It combines my original RSI Stoch extremes with vdubus’ MACD VXI. //This script will give you red or green columns as an indication for oversold/overbought, //based upon the rsi and stochastic both being at certain levels. The default oversold is at 35. //If Stochastic and RSI fall below 35, you will get a green column. Play with your levels to see how //your stock reacts. It now adds the MACD crossover, plotted as a blue circle.
Hi repo, forgive my lack of knowledge but is there anyway I can use this indicator as a crossover alert...but within a certain range of zero line? ie I'm interested in macd cross overs within 0.002 of the zero line above or below. Many thanks for your time

@Jimmycranky10, Sorry, you will have to experiment. I have found it is different for the varying prices in stocks and currencies

Hi @repo32 great concept scripp, wish it works on my chart? just curious, I try to plot it into my chart and it doesn't show the RSI line. only the green and red bars and the blue dot appear n the middle which I understand it indicate the macd crossing. I am looking at something like Stochastic + RSI + MACD script to be use for stock market swing trades, any suggestion? Thanks in advance

Great indicator man. Just a request, is there a way to indicate if the MACD shows uptrend or downtrend? Right now it just shows a blue dot for the cross but no reference as to if its downtrend or uptrend. Thanks and once again great job!
