I think this script has a flaw.
I was having a hard time believing the success rate of the backtest so I observed when the signals get triggered.
Apparently they get triggered every 12 hours.
On the candle of the 12th hour you get a signal (long or close position depending) however the signal sometimes disappears when reaching the 13th candle after a browser refresh ...
You could argue that you should wait for the 12th candle to close and then refresh however I also believe that the price at which the signal is positionned is wrong. It should be at the closing price of the 12th candle according to the default settings and from what I can see it is at the opening price which iobviously greatly inflates the results.
The strategy seems to be relatively valid though.
Is it possible to see the source code ?
