This is a simple vertical offset function. It will work with price data or data from indicators. Sometimes I find it useful, particularly when I want to eliminate extraneous trading signals, to use this offset function with some of my indicators. I hope you find it useful too.

Added time Offset in addition to price offset. This indicator can be applied to moving averages and other indicators

Fantastic! As far as I can tell it's working perfectly for me. I added my 34 HMA, added this indicator and chose that 34 HMA as the target instead of Close which is the default. This is a fantastic way to make "poor man's" MA clouds, and it makes tracking trends a piece of cake on various time frames using only one MA. Thanks!
Of course, if smarter people than I determine it needs to be updated, I'm all for it!

If I want to offset an indicator, do I copy/paste this code onto the code of the indicator?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for creating this! Whenever I apply a vertical offset, the ema just disappears from the chart - any idea why this might be happening?

To have multiple offsets, just keep applying the indicator to your chart and set the input parameters.
