Price fractal overlayed from a move up in Aug/Sep, not really expecting it to follow but worth monitoring.
Initial TP at ~32 with targets at 0.702 and then ATH after that.
Volume been increasing on this entire move up over the last two years and volume looking decent in this recent move down/up.
