Analysis on the crypto market :

Bitcoin can be analysed very easily on the long term, as if you take the weekly graph with just one indication as simple as the RSI that shows us the oversold/overbought territory we can clearly see 3 phases.

The bull-market
The distribution
The depression/capitulation
The RSI helps us read theses phases.

3 levels to keep in mind :
1) 54 to 90 is the bull market territory
2) 54 to 40 is the distribution/accumulation territory
3) 40 to 30 is the capitulation territory

The bull-market trading plan : as long as the weekly hold 54 on the rsi it is a long
The distribution trading plan : being hedge on technical resistance and to wait for a breakout above 54 or below 40 to long or short
The capitulation trading plan : we usually get 1 to 3 doom candles,
something bad enough to scare everyone off, it’s the time to close the short and time to buy spot/accumulate

Then we can start to build Long position with leverage (5x to 10x) once the rsi is back in the accumulation territory after being in the capitulation territory.
Once we are back in the bull territory we can full send long position.
