This pattern could potentially act as a pullback/retracement structure that would correct/retrace the first leg in the prior decline. Keep in mind that the tail can retrace by as much as 162% .

Still valid. 2nd leg simply moved to March 8 12:30 am EST low. 2nd leg cannot retrace more than 127% from 1st leg to hump otherwise it invalidates the pattern.
