I think the break would be confirmed if we get under 44,500 and remain under there (Perhaps with a short term rally). Under 44,000 I think we're into a bear market in BTC (By which I mean a series of lower lows and lower highs in rallies).
We may be inside of a crash event to 3000 in SPX.
