I observe the following in the market on the daily.
1. Emotional index is high neutral trending towards exited.
2. Shorts have decreased slightly with longs winking up flat.
3. The current trend in favor is in the upper long to neutral zone.
4. There are signs that institutional smart money is shorting the move up.
5. Descending channel had a roll over in zone 1 to 4. Expecting a final repeat in zone 5 (which is all guess work based on averages, trends and support)
6. Solid yellow upper trend line acts as strong resistance and lower pinkish upward trendline acts as very strong support technically as well as emotionally.
7. The trend and money flow are moving down on the daily. The 4H at time of this post is exhausted with money flow moving down.
8. The Heiken Ashi on the weekly and monthly are still in a downwards momentum, although early.
