I think the market has been manipulated by big players since November 2017 up to March 31st.
Starting price of the big pump may have been at 6.5k on November 2017.
The CME futures are launched at exactly the day BTC was at the highest ever, 17th of DEC 2017.
BTC price of 6.5k may be the exact normal market price after the pump and dump.
The fib lines seem to indicate that we are at full 100% retracement at price 6.5k.
